Wax-melter and Water Phase Vessel
The wax-melter is maily used when customer likes to produce emulsions and is connected directly to the homogeniser for direct dispersion.
>To transfer the wax, vacuum can be used or a controlled transfer by a gear-pump. >The basic design of a wax-melter and water-phase tanks are the same, the size can be different base on requirement. >The water-phase tank is often not needed, because the main mixing vessel can prepare the water phase. >The tank‘s are trible wall tank’s with a heating and if required cooling jacket. >Main material is AISI 316L. >All our Vacuum-Mixers are following the Requirements of cGAP; GAMP; EHEDG; ASME-BPE; NSF-H1; ASME-Section 8; PED; Sustainability; others,

It is equipped with an agitator from the top of tank or prefered with a bottom entry agitator. There are different mixing elements available, however our special designed bottom entry agitator is a very flexible unit and can melt wax as well prepare water-phase, like polimere mixes. All units have a frequency inverter to be able to handle different liquid levels and different mixing energy. The heating media can be Steam, hot water or electric. Cooling if required, by cold water source.

      Trible wall vessel

-     with heating- jacket, dish end bottom and shell  (steam). 

-     Wetted parts AISI 316L, Surface Ra=0.8micron or better,

-     Manhole size depends on tank diameter, from 400-600mm,

      Agitator with Frequency Inverter

-     The geometrical configuration of the turbine mixing element ensures an superior mixing and excellent heat transfer.
