Mobile Homogeniser
>A mobile homogeniser is used in case the customer has mixing tanks, but insufficent Homogenising equipment.
The homogenizer is the most important equipment to produce a stable dispersion like an emulsion with fine droplets and droplet distribution. Most mobile units called homogeniser are actually simple emulsifiers but not what is called a real rotor / stator homogeniser. The difference is the variable , from medium to very high, energy density the equipment can provide. >Our units are of the same design as our most powerful homogenisers used in our Vacuum-Mixers. They have the same options as used in the vacuum-mixers. >Direct dispersion in the homogeniser, means in one pass the liquid or powder can be dispersed. Powder introduction would need a little vacuum of -0.5bar on the tanks or a powder injection system.

Fully covered homogeniser, cGMP, including electrical box and Frequency drive.

Production of washing detergent and Shampoo’s. 

Two single wall tanks 5.000ltr (customer), one inline, mobile homogeniser 30KW and connected to both vessels (Tandem-System).

One tank in production of washing detergent or shampoo and the second tank is online for filling. These tandem systems are very popular base on there low cost. 

Even Hot-Warm-Cold emulsification is possible if customer has a trible wall tank available.
