Its mixing system consists of three agitators:
• an anchor-type outer agitator with teflon-scrapers to move the product from bottom to the top of vessel (Aseptic Mechanical Seal, single acting).
• a propeller-type inner agitator(special geometrie) to move the procduct from top to the bottom of vessel. (Aseptic Mechanical Seal, single acting)
- The two agitators are turning in opposite direction and as the mixing elements passing each other, there is also high turbulent radial interchange of the two product flows, which generates a optimum mixing result and first class heating and cooling.
• a bottom mounted homogenizer installed off-center or center at the bottom of vessel, with a Frequency Inverter to control the required, Product specific share rate. The optimum Share Rate ensures the stability to the emulsion. The Patented increase share edges,reduce batch cycle time (BCT). (Aseptic double acting Mechanical Seal) The cooling water oft he seal is produced by condensated Clean Steam.

• All wetted Material AISI 316L, surface mirror polished below 0.5 micron,
