Technical Description
• Triple wall vessel
- with heating- & cooling jacket, Dish-end bottom and shell(steam/cooling-water).
- Wetted parts AISI 316L, surface Ra=0.8 or better,
• Counter-Rotating Agitator with Frequency Inverter
- The geometrical configuration of the mixing elements are
ensuring an superior mixing in the main product-chamber.
- The Teflon scraper takes care of an excellent heat-transfer between inner Vessel Surface and Product.
- The superior mixing and heat-transfer ensures short batch cycle times (BCT)
• Homogenizer with external circulation, with Frequency Inverter
- There are four Options:
1. with Direct Liquid dispersion,(also Hot-Warm-Cold H-W-C),
2. With external circulation, with Direct Liquid and Powder dispersion,
3. With internal and external circulation
4. Note: 1&2 can be combined
